Shipping

All NZ purchases are couriered using track & trace NZ wide, taking between 1-5 working days (dependent on the Couriers service in your region and distance from Raglan).
You will be emailed a tracking number once your delivery is despatched.

NB: Where possible use a work or business address in town or easy to deliver to, from June 2019 NZ courier companies will be starting to charge 'Effort pricing' due to increase in difficult nature of delivering to homes (difficult addresses to get to, dogs on property, no one home etc. etc.)

Australia    3-10 working days dependent on postal service. 
                 
Europe     6-20 working days  

North America & Canada  6-20 working days 
               

*Please note these are a guide only and depends on item being shipped. When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. 

Just to note:

We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.

Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.

We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.

We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
